Windy Day

    The wind is blowing, the land bathing under the sunshine, such a beautiful day.
    I was replaying email this morning; couples of them are from my classmates who I have known when I was studying in China. Simple greeting and wishing.

Cooking is wonderful~

My grandmom believe in Buddhism, the idea of Buddhism diet prefer bland food, for this reason, my family have a light deit, we cook in a simple way, like boil, steam and stir-fried, we barely eat fried and intensive processing food. Does it crazy?

Frankly, almost no people compliment my cooking skill, all of them said my dishes have no taste. What? I think it's full of vegetable aroma and natural flavour always the best taste!

For now, I'm stying to cook the different dishes, I'm learning how to do meat course and try to add more seasoning into my course. pray for me, I'll be a good cook ^_^

PS: I'm going to to bake Magritte Cookie this weekend~ mmmmm

Rice Wine and Eggs

South China Appetizer: Rice Wine and Eggs
Effect: Beautifying, Skin Whitening and Breast Augmentation

For per person:
Basic ingredients: Rice wine (sweet ferment rice) , eggs 1-2
Other ingredients: Chinese dates, sesame, Gou qi and raw peanut.
Steps:
  1. Mix rice wine and water, the ratio of rice wine and water is 1:1, according to different taste, 1:2 also fine.
  2. Boil the mixture and put eggs into it untill you see some white foam.
  3. You can put dates, sesame, Gou qi and peanut or other raw nut into the bowl if you like.
